Dates: 4th – 28th April 2026
Format: Live online
The gap between recruiters rating your application as ‘good enough’ and ‘obvious choice’ is smaller than you think, and we close it in 8 sessions. After this bootcamp, you will no longer apply for jobs hoping to get a call, you’ll learn how to stand out from the crowd and be seen as the leading candidate from start to finish.
The job market is more competitive in 2026 than ever before, there are more applicants, fewer ‘easy wins’ and more silent rejections. In 2025, U.S. layoffs topped 1.1 million, with companies citing AI implementation, economic uncertainty, and cost-cutting as primary reasons for staff reductions. These are highly skilled workers with experience working in a global organisation, who are now competing for the same jobs you are applying for.
For every job posted on LinkedIn, there is an average of 400+ resumes recruiters have to sort from.
Finding a job in this job market requires strategy and skill, your experience alone won’t cut it. This bootcamp is for you if you are:
In 8 focused sessions, you’ll build a job search strategy that makes sense for your background, position yourself as a recruiter’s obvious choice, network with confidence, and learn how to stand out for remote and international/visa-sponsored roles – without wasting months applying to roles you were never likely to get.

By the final session, you won’t just “know more.” You’ll be able to execute.
You will leave with the ability to:
So you stop spraying applications and hoping
So you actually get noticed by recruiters
So you can start attracting job offers from recruiters
Without sounding desperate or awkward.
So hiring managers know you know your stuff
So it helps you instead of quietly harming your chances.
So you can pursue remote roles safely (and avoid scams)
Understand what visa sponsorship realistically looks like, and where you should focus.
“I’m qualified. I’m applying consistently. But the interviews just aren’t coming.” — Common complaint I hear daily
Here’s what’s actually happening…
✗ Your CV goes into a pile. Your application is one of 1000+
✗ Recruiters spend 6 seconds deciding
✗ You never hear back because your CV never left their inbox
It’s not that you’re not good enough. It’s that you’re invisible.
Every application you send without a system is training you to accept rejection as normal. It’s not. The system is broken—not you.
This bootcamp is a reset. I will show you the strategy that took me from Ghana to the US and after just a year, I got another job as a global manager for a Fortune 500 company – all by hacking the hidden job market and effective networking.
The difference between those who are thriving in this job market and those who are drowning is not because they are smarter or more hardworking than you (they aren’t!). The difference is – STRATEGY.

She works as a Global Finance Manager with a leading food and snacks company in the United States, where she brings strong expertise in financial management and global business operations.
In 8 Weeks, you’ll have the system most professionals never find. This bootcamp is about job-search execution. Not motivation.
We are not motivational speakers, we are career experts and system builders. Using the right system is its own motivation.

We have put together a strong line-up of coaches to handle the various sessions of this bootcamp. For each topic, we asked ourselves, “who is the best person with proven results that can teach this topic?”. We weren’t looking for fakers on social media who post about stuff that they know nothing about and have no track record of results. We selected the best of the best – people who are deep in the trenches doing the work dailly, and we did everything possible to get them to teach you all their secrets.

Elevate Career Hub, and especially Naa and Rosemary, have honestly changed my life in Canada. When I first came here in 2023, I felt completely lost. I didn’t know how to write a résumé that would stand out or what a Canadian cover letter was supposed to look like. I had the determination, but I didn’t have the tools. That’s when I reached out to them. And within just two weeks, I got my very first job here. And then, when I graduated and was ready to chase a full‑time role in the field I studied, Business Analytics and Financial Technology, I didn’t hesitate. I went straight back to Elevate Career Hub because they had already proven what they could do. And because of their guidance, I secured an Account Executive role at a major fintech company. This job is not just a career step,it’s helping me grow financially but also helping me on my path toward permanent residency. It’s everything I prayed for.
